The classes take place in a beautiful Victorian school hall with a wooden floor and plenty of space. You don’t need any special clothing or equipment; we practise in comfortable clothing, nothing tight or restricting – layers are useful, as most people like to wrap up a little for the relaxation part of the lesson. When standing we have bare feet. You might wish to use a Yoga mat - I can advise about how to get one of these.

Cost: £7.00 drop in, £5.00 if you sign up for the term. Concessions available.
