If you would like to have a stall in 2009 please contact us in January 2009. Early priority for stalls is given to local organisations and voluntary groups. The festival finances itself. To make enough money to cover our costs we have to charge the stallholders a small fee in return for a stall – this then funds next year's festival.
Application forms will be available from this site in Jan.

All Stalls
This year we have had a critical change in our Festival Insurance policy this year which states that stallholders are no longer covered by our Public Liability Insurance Policy. This means you should consider taking out your own cover.
Food Stalls
Leamington Peace Festival is now operating a 100% recyclables policy on all food stalls. This means you should bring paper plates and cups (or washable crockery mugs). Cutlery should be wooden. Absolutely no plastic or polystyrene on-site please! If you need help locating a supplier please let us know and we will help. Thanks for your help.
We work in close conjunction with the Food Safety Team of Warwick District Council. Successful stall applications will be contacted by them. If you have any questions regarding the above, please direct them to Nicola Hoare, Environmental Health Department on 01926 456710 <or visit their website>

The terms of our licence only permit pre-booked & prepaid traders, so we regret we have to eject anyone found fly-pitching.
