Early priority for stalls is given to local organisations and voluntary groups. The festival finances itself. To make enough money to cover our costs we have to charge the stallholders a small fee in return for a stall – this then funds next year's festival.

All Stalls
Stallholders are not covered by our Public Liability Insurance Policy. This means you should consider taking out your own cover.
Leamington Peace Festival only considers stalls selling goods that reflect our ethical policy.
Food Stalls
Leamington Peace Festival only consider vegetarian / vegan caterers
Leamington Peace Festival operates a 100% recyclables policy on all food stalls.
This means you should use washable crockery and mugs, or, if this is not possible paper plates & wooden cutlery.
Absolutely no plastic or polystyrene on-site please!
We encourage use of organic produce from local suppliers.
We work in close conjunction with the Food Safety Team of Warwick District Council. Successful stall applications will be contacted by them. If you have any questions regarding the above, please direct them to the Environmental Health Department on 01926 456710 <or visit their website>
