For details of your local GM test sites call the Biotech Unit at the Department of the Environment Transport and the Regions (DETR) 0171 890 5275 (or 5277) . Ask for the latest edition of the GMO Public Register plus a copy of the grid reference list - but be prepared for a long wait! You could also arrange a visit to browse through the consent forms in person - they contain far more information than the Public Register. You are entitled to do this and records are kept at the DETR, Ashdown House, 123 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6DE and at DETR regional offices around the country (list available from GEN)! Phone them first to book a viewing.
