You can buy support in 2 ways - either
pay as you go or as a dMacSupport club
member. Pay as you go customers can expect a response within 7 days
and will pay £20 for an email response or the first 20 mins of
a phone query and £1 per minute thereafter. Call-outs are usually
within 14 days and cost £60 per hour (min 2 hrs) + travel costs.
dMacSupport club members can expect
a first response within 24hrs and unlimited telephone and email support
is included in the monthly subscription charge of £30* payable
by standing order. Emergency visits are prioritised – usually
within 7 days.

Exceptions We only support customers who have an internet
connection. We only support Macs with a CD ROM drive, USB ports and
Ethernet (generally post 1998).
Support
is offered primarily by email. If you can't find the answer to your
problem in our help area, email
us. You can be
specific about your problem and gives us time to write a carefully considered
reply of which you will have a record. Phone if you have to phone but
please bear in mind that it will cost more. On-site calls are a last
resort and are naturally costly.
